Excellent service - called them upon arrival to ATL when I realized I had left my car keys at a relative’s house multiple states away. They were at my car within 29 minutes. Rich was friendly, courteous, and took the time to engage with my curious 6 year old on the locksmithing process. 100% pleased all around!

QuickPro is the BEST! They were onsite within less than an hour of calling and helped us access a safe we were locked out of. Cody was friendly and super helpful and took care of us in less than 10 minutes. Definitely the best experience we’ve had with a locksmith. I highly recommend them over anyone else!

This service call with Doug is the embodiment of exemplary customer service! First - since I called late afternoon, I was expecting to have to schedule a next day appointment (if lucky), but I got a call back within a few minutes, and Doug was on the way to my home. He quickly surveyed my requests, which were 1. enlarging the hole on my door to accommodate a new lock that my husband was going to install, 2. re-key a side door to match all the other locks on our house, and 3. re-key and make new keys for my 2 garage doors. The quote was extremely reasonable, so we had Doug begin work.  He ran into a bit of an issue with my garage doors, and had to make a trip to his shop, but got back and continued working.  While Doug was working, I thought of a few other door hardware/frame issues I was having (that had been annoying me for years), and Doug fixed those for me as well, for only a tiny additional amount. On top of that, not only did Doug enlarge the hole on the door to accommodate the new lock that my husband was going to install.....he went ahead and installed the new lock!  To put the cherry on top of an exceptionally well-done job, Doug was so personable and friendly - I felt like we'd known each other for years!  If every customer/supplier interaction could be like this, the world would be a much happier place.....

Just had a new key made with Doug. He arrived at my apartment within 20 min of my initial call. He was really nice and professional. Even though it was extremely cold outside he was still patient and took his time with cutting a key to get into my car. The price was definitely worth it! I would refer them to any of my friends.

QuickPro was fabulous. They sent me Doug, who made it to my location in less than 15 minutes. Doug was very professional and very kind, and he was VERY patient with my somewhat finicky old car despite the cold, pouring rain. I cannot recommend this company highly enough--they were also very affordable, given the speed with which they arrived and the effortlessness it took to open the car (literally 2 minutes).

After closing on a new home, I researched a few locksmiths around town and decided to give QuickPro Locksmith a call. I had the pleasure of getting Doug as my locksmith. He was right on time! He was able to re-key and upgrade my locks at a reasonable rate. I like that he was upfront about the costs when he came out to review the locks and address any concerns I had. He was very professional and friendly which is a great representation of QuickPro Locksmith and not to mention he went out of his way to go get specific locks I requested and returned within a reasonable time to complete the installation. I would recommend and use this company again because of the service I received from Doug! He rocks!

Doug was an absolute lifesaver!!! I had dropped both my car keys and apartment key down the trash chute, and he made sure I had not only 1 but 2 apartment keys, and 2 car keys. He was extremely kind and quick too. It’s hard to find that level of customer service. He definitely turned my day back around. Thank you so much!!

The amazing technician Ro came out and serviced the stuck ignition on my car. Not only did he fix the problem, but he went above and beyond in order to keep the problem from happening again in the future. Fantastic work.

Doug is the BEST.  Always quick to arrive and he’s helped me several times.  He fixed and attached the Ring, he’s replaced my front door lock, fixed the digital lock that the old neighbors left when I moved in, then he changed it when I didn’t want it anymore.  Kind and professional and a good price point.  He’s there very quickly from the time I need him and has been superb in repairing what was needed and all around great in every way.
